This class offers a feinition of Personology, where it came from, and where it is going. The relationship between structure and function, a core element of Personology, is another topic of discussion. The focus of the class is centered around major traits that are found in all people (traits discussed may vary from calss to class.) These traits are measured on each student in attendance. The particulars of each trait are then explained and discussed along with the positive and potential negative points of each.

Seminars and workshops are generally held upon request. These events are set up for, and cater to, buisnesses and/or groups of individuals interested in increasing performance in their area of expertise. For example, Face to Face Selling is a workshop designed to train sales personnel in the art of picking out and interpreting personality patterns in clients. The result: a competent sales person who is able to determine what sort of approach would be most acceptable for a single customer without saying a word, simply by looking at them.

Because personology is a science, and is standardized and exact, it can be taught. Class settings are similar to that of college courses. Text books by the National Institute of Personology are used, and classes may be taken for credit. If desired, a teaching degree in the field of Personology can be obtained in a matter of a year or two. If further study is desired, one may become a Certified Personologist and Consultant. This entails additional coursework and an internship with a Certified Personologist.
